Appraisal, examination, and discussion is FREE
MILLING: $70/hr
This includes any trimming, moving and stacking. Handling materials is often a large portion labor, and a customer can greatly reduce our charges with a few extra hands. We try to help arrange this during consultations.
TRAVEL: $4/mile - charged one time per job site. No charge added for sites inside Columbia or Holts Summit
KILN DRYING: $4/board foot + Travel charge (to Holts Summit 65043)

Currently we can cut boards up to 22 inches wide and 12 feet long. We cannot process logs larger than 27 inches in diameter. Please contact us if you are uncertain or would like assistance.
Many factors affect the lumber produced, including the straightness of the log, the angle of its growth before felling, and any defect by insect predation or other damage. We welcome any questions about your trees and will gladly inspect and advise for free.

Kiln drying wood is an important process to allow for lumber stress movement, killing pests and larvae, and sanitizing mold and fungus.
**Our kilns are currently all in use and we are working on building new facilities, sorry for any inconvenience**
