They can still become boards, posts or other lumber
Maximize resource value using our services to produce materials
Small trees are often overlooked but could yield amazing trim pieces or narrow boards
The hardwood industry in Missouri yields billions of dollars each year. As prices increase and availability declines, the value of wood grows far faster than inflation. Even smaller trees can become boards for furniture pieces, fine trim, moldings, casings or posts for projects.
Softwoods are often very valuable lumber, possibly being milled into attractive flooring, siding, or carving blanks. Particularly red cedar for exterior use.
We come to you and cut on location!
Beckers Mobile Mill is a milling service, cutting your logs into usable lumber. We also have options for kiln drying and transportation of lumber.
WE DO NOT FELL TREES.
If you require a tree to be felled we’ll gladly contact an associate or tree service that will safely bring it down.
Using a portable bandsaw, your logs are transformed into lumber of the sizes you want. Unlike trailer mounted sawmill operations, we have an enclosed workspace allowing us to continue work during most weather.
Trees take time to grow. It can be sad and stressful when they’re damaged or uprooted, but your trees can last for ages to come when milled into lumber.
Wood is expensive and becoming more so. Even small trees can produce usable wood, and depending on the species could be very valuable.
Beckers Mobile Mill is dedicated to helping families, communities, individuals and businesses to make the best use of every tree. Each situation has different difficulties, and we try to ensure that you can decide on the finished products that will serve your needs best.
